Thing Today

I woke up this morning - that was a thing today.  I took a shower (a thing), got to the train (another thing), went to work (thing), did work (thing, thing, thing, thing, thing).  Every now and then went to the bathroom (not even gonna go there!!)

But I digress!

Thing Today (Funeral Dept.) - Well, what can I say about it besides it sucked?  A lot!!

If there was an award for the song that could possibly get off beat from itself more, this suck track would be the winner of that award every single year from now until the end of time. 

Thing Today does have a very familiar undertone of another piece of work / influence- but I couldn't tell if it were the Beatles, or a bunch of 3rd graders practicing for their first Parent / Teacher's band concert.

A slight moment of silence half way through the track makes you think (no....beg) for the madness to be over.  But oh we can't be that lucky as it continues in reverse.  Yup...just what we need, a suck track that sucks backwards.  Original...but suck (or kcus) none the less.  

But finally (and thankfully) this suck track comes to a befitting end when it ends because when it ends it ends at the end (unless I have been hearing silence played backwards for the past 5 minutes).  I don't think it is backwards silence...so I'm pretty positive it is over.  

I have to go wipe the pile of drool off my shirt.
